At Cane-line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality furniture; if your purchase is not quite right, you can return unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via the online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the items in their original Cane-line packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in sellable condition.

  • 3.
    Schedule the Pickup

    For large furniture items, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup, while smaller accessories can be dropped off at an authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
