What materials are used in Cane-line furniture?
We use high-quality, weather-resistant materials such as Cane-line Weave®, powder-coated aluminum, and certified teak. Our QuickDry & Airflow system ensures that cushions dry significantly faster than traditional outdoor fabrics.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can Cane-line furniture be left outside all year round?
Yes, our outdoor collections are specifically designed to withstand the elements. While the furniture is UV-resistant and frost-proof, we recommend using our custom covers during winter months to keep your furniture clean and minimize maintenance.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Cane-line provides a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all furniture. This warranty covers structural integrity and material performance under normal residential use.
How do I clean and maintain my furniture?
Maintenance is minimal. Most surfaces can be cleaned with mild soapy water and a soft brush. For teak products, we recommend using Cane-line Teak Care products to preserve the warm golden color or allow it to develop a natural silver-grey patina.
